Privacy Policy

Our full Privacy Policy is being finalized with counsel and is not yet in force. We publish binding legal text only once it is complete — a placeholder that reads as final would itself be a compliance problem. Here is what holds today.

This website stores no patient data

therapytracked.com is a static marketing site. It never stores or processes protected health information (PHI). If we add privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics, we will describe them here before turning them on; we do not use invasive trackers.

How your patients' data is handled in the product

In the TherapyTracked application, we act as a HIPAA Business Associate. Our handling of PHI is governed by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) you sign before storing any record, and is described in detail in our Security Overview and Subprocessors pages — both of which are live and current.
